JavaScript code compression script is a regex-based kludge for JavaScript code compression. This script is a regex-based kludge for JavaScript code compression. Safely handles string constants and missing semicolons.Javaandles string consssion can save bandwidth, and it also can be used to 'obfuscate' code that you don't really want to share. The JSCompressor class in this script compresses JS code to different levels: - 0 - no compression (debugging only - if your Javascript code fails at higher compression levels but works at level 0, you found a bug in this code) - 1 - remove comments and empty lines but preserve indentation and linebreaks - 2 - remove insignificant whitespace as well

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
